The protection of all children is a high priority in C&K services.

We are committed to raising the awareness of and supporting the prevention of harm to children.

All C&K services have access to child protection training, as well as policies and procedures that promote the safety of all children.

C&K has demonstrated its commitment to children through the employment of a child protection and inclusion consultant. The consultant is involved with policy implementation, and assisting all staff and families to access resources, up-to-date information and current trends.

We offer support and resources to children, families and staff to intercede and reduce the incidence of child abuse in the community. We also encourage staff, adults and parents to report incidences of harm to children to the appropriate authority.
